Colorful and Crunchy Avocado Toast

Colorful and Crunchy Avo Toast

Serves 2


  • Sliced Sourdough Bread
  • 1 Large Ripe Avocado
  • 5 Red Radishes
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato
  • Sea Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Smoky Balsamic Crunchsters


Slice radishes very thinly with a knife or mandoline.  Cut eight thin slices from the heirloom tomato. Halve avocado and remove pit.  Put four pieces of bread into the toaster. When toast is ready, scoop out avocado with a spoon and mash onto the pieces of toast with a fork.  Place tomato slices first, two on each toast, followed by radish slices. Drizzle olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar on your glorious creation.  Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and Smoky Balsamic Crunchsters for some extra zing!
